BRANDING: Thomas Group

I was contacted to create a logo and business card design for a launching technology business called Thomas Group. There were just a few requirements: the colors were to be gray and blue with a hint of red, image and text options in the logo, and the use of a period in the image and text versions of the logo. 

I asked Thomas Group what logos and company brands were their favorites, and they revealed that they liked brands such as Harrod's and Porsche 70 logos were among their favorites. Using those ideas in mind, I created a few options to use as a launching point.

With edits made based on the images presented, the ultimate logo design became this:

Once the logo design was finalized, we examined color options. I presented the following palettes to Thomas Group:

And the final logo design was born! A stunning mix of navy, blue-gray, and vibrant red to demonstrate trust, reliability, and urgency in finding the client's perfect solution.

Once the logo was created, there was a need for business cards. With the ideal client being a technology-driven business owner, the design was to be modern yet approachable. With the design created, the brand looks sleek and modern, portraying a message of forward thinking and trustworthiness.
